Stand Fast!

... stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel, and not in any way terrified by your adversaries, which is them proof of perdition (loss, destruction), but to you of salvation, and that from God.

In Philippians 1: 27, 28, Paul is writing to the saints in Jesus in Philippi. He tells them to stand fast in their faith. What does that look like? Picture this:

In Bible times Roman soldiers created a formidable wall of defense from their opponents by planting their feet and locking their shields together.

In the same way, each of us should put on the armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10) and together stand fast against the enemy of our faith! Have you put on your armor on today? Stand fast my friend! I'm with you and God is with us!
